KEY = name that appears on the article until it receives its own SAP number. KEY for initial import via supplier file = GTIN + supplier's product name or the name you give when creating the product directly in Pimcore.
There are two possibilities for enriching an article in Pimcore. You can either open the article by clicking on the desired article under Import products:
Or, open all the articles in the grid - by pressing directly on the supplier folder:
When you open the grid, the article will automatically open in the Grid "Predefined".
A grid has been created per supergroup, choose the one that is relevant for the articles you are going to create. These grids will also contain object briks (product group-specific properties) which must also be enriched.
Further in the instructions, I have started from the grid "15 Spiseplassen";
Once the articles are created, the articles have a degree of completion based on their workflow status [Level 1] - New article.
When I have added a product group to all the articles:
I do this by first marking (selecting) which articles I want to change - pressing the down arrow on the column I want to make a change in - Selects Batch edit selected - a dialog box comes up. You choose whether you "Drag and drop" the product group into this field, or press the search symbol and search for the product group.
Then I end the workflow status to [Enrichment supplier]:
The same principle applies here, I press "down arrow" and choose an all or selected - dialog box comes up and I choose the desired workflow-state.
The degree of completion of the articles will now correct itself based on workflow - state and product group:
If you are wondering which fields we think are missing in order for the compleetnees rate to be higher, you can right-click on the article and press "Open":
Then press the % sign and a list of fields we think are missing will appear:
Note that all the fields will not always be relevant, this is for information.
When the articles have been enriched, the workflow state must be [Level 2] - Enrichment Bohus:
Articles with the status "Level 2 - Internal enrichment" will from this stage onwards in the workflow only be edited by Bohus. In order for the supplier to be able to change the article directly, Bohus must change the status to "Not Approved" so that the article is sent back to the supplier.
