Create article directly in Pimcore (without file) and enrichment
In the "Import products" tab under your supplier name - Right-click on the folder. Select "Add object" --> Product -> Product
The following dialog box will appear: Enter GTIN on article or Lev. item number. This is the item's KEY.
KEY = name that appears on the article until it receives its own SAP number. KEY is the name you give when creating the product directly in Pimcore
Article will be created, and opened in a separate tab: So that you see all fields with information that we need
Fill in all technical data first. And when you have entered the product group, change the workflow state to "Enrichment supplier". This will give you a recommendation, based on product group, which fields we need:
NB! Remember to press "Save" to save the changes you make along the way.
Note that all the fields will not always be relevant for your article, this is only an indication of which fields we believe should be filled in, based on product group. There can always be exceptions or deviations.
When the article has been enriched, the workflow status changes to [Level 2] - Enrichment Bohus
To make changes to the grid (excel view):
Click directly on the folder with your supplier name under the "Import products" tab.
Grid = Excel display of articles directly in Pimcore.
The grid will always be opened in the "Predefined" layout. Change the layout in the grid to be the layout you have created yourself, if you have not created a layout yet, do so here.
A grid has been created per supergroup, which contains all relevant fields within this supergroup. You can also use these layouts as a starting point to create your own grids.
To make changes, press directly into the column:
Alternatively, if you want to edit several product lines, which should contain the same value, you can press the arrow in the top column and choose either:
Choose as needed, based on whether you want to make changes to a specific selection, those you have checked off (selected), or all the articles (edit all) in the view.
