The following is an illustration of the workflow in Pimcore.

When an article has been imported by a supplier through file upload, or created directly in Pimcore, the article gets the status [Level 1] - New article (step 1)

The supplier then changes its status to "Enrichment supplier". At this stage, Pimcore will refer to all information to be enriched from the supplier at this stage:

Here, the article has changed its status to Berikelse supplier.

By pressing the degree of completion (70%), you will see which fields are missing. This does not mean that it must be enriched (but not 100% either), but it is an indication of what we expect.

When the article has been enriched, the approval is sent to Bohus:

If the article is OK, press "Send for approval Bohus".

If you find something missing, set it back to "Need more information". The article then returns to the previous status [Level 1] - New article

2. Change Workflow in Grid:

Click on your supplier folder - the articles open in the grid - select grid view "Grid - New items"

Select "..Edit all" if you want to edit all the articles, or "..edit selected" if it only applies to the ones you have checked off:

Change to Workflow status [Level 2] - Enrichment Bohus

Articles with the status "Level 2 - Internal enrichment" will from this stage onwards in the workflow only be edited by Bohus. In order for the supplier to be able to change the article directly, Bohus must change the status to "Not Approved" so that the article is sent back to the supplier.

Beyond this, enrichment will work as it does today; the supplier makes contact to report a concrete change, and then to implement the change through;

(1) basic data

(2) The supplier exports the file itself from Pimcore using Children Grid and sends this to Grunddata so that the changes can be imported.
